Unhealthy thoughts are often the key piece holding teams back from their full potential. Breaking these unhealthy thoughts works best when leadership holds themselves accountable to the rest of the team to call them out for unhealthy thoughts. Two of the most common unhealthy thoughts :

  1. Poor actions are out of our control. This leads to a victim mindset rather than one of taking ownership and responsibility.

  2. There is only one perspective that is the right perspective. This prevents someone from recognising that there is more than one way of seeing and interpreting the world.
