Here's a brief summary of the type of clients I work with, how I work with them, what they've said about my coaching style, and what we'd cover if you became my client. 

WHO I WORK WITH AND MY CREDENTIALS  

I thrive working with ambitious, driven, creative, resourceful and high performing people. I’m strongly committed to helping others achieve higher performance when they want to excel through coaching and mentoring. My clients commonly work for FTSE250 companies, in professional services, government, film and television.

My clients include global consulting firm senior executives, MBAs, charity sector leaders and Film/TV producers. They are typically seeking to enhance their impact interacting with their clients, their leadership, their peers or their teams. I also work with mid-career professionals seeking change; since I strongly believe coaching will equip them to navigate themselves more effectively through their whole working life.

I’m completed my Senior Coach Practitioner Level training with The Performance Coach, which enables accreditation with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). I have already completed the Coach Practitioner Level training, which focuses on coaching leaders. 

HOW I COACH

I work with a small client base to maintain the high quality, energy and focus required to achieve their goals. My personal working practice has been described as grounded – its clear I’m fully present with my clients and beside them when they work through their challenges. They feel I’m equally committed as them in raising their self- awareness and finding a way to achieve their goals. I share their frustration as they work through the coaching process and experience difficulty. Clients value that I’m fun and light hearted in my approach, which makes the coaching process easier when wrestling with difficult goals. Clients tell me I’m highly emotionally intelligent, naturally curious and pragmatic - all help me rapidly empathise with their current situation and explore practical options to deliver positive outcomes.

Then explore the reality of your journey so far and I’ll challenge you to consider the many options open to you. When we discover options you feel are achievable and align with your core values, skills and strengths we’ll agree an action plan. I’ll hold you accountable where additional challenge supports you turning plans into action.
